Biskot Sampan...by mama

tgh2 sedih ni (air mata leleh2...sgt sedih..layan plak lagu2 yg sedih pilu..sob2..)-.teringat ptg yg sgt gembira td..i learn how to make biskut sampan..mama sgt terrer masak..mcm pejam mata pon leh siap..xpnah mkn lg food yg better than air tgn mama..u're great ma!!

ok la..mls nak mengayat panjang..kwn tgh sodih neh..~layan la pic ni..


1-inti2nya..

2-masokkan tepong cantik2 dlm acuan sampan..
3-masokkan inti (mix fruit+kelapa kering)
4-ready to masok oven..

5-done!!!yg patah2..i rembat..tension je meche(my cs umor 15yrs old..)

anyway..kalau anybody yg sememangnya penggemar this traditional biscuit, do not hesitate 2 contact me..(cikaida@yahoo.com) coz my mom ni giat jgk berniaga beskot2 neh..harga..RM25 for 50 pcs. bila i sndirik bt beskot ni..baru tau..susah+leceh+rumit+berpeloh ketiak nak bt sampan2 ni..bak kata pepatah..
