DIET+++SLIMMY!!!

NAK KUROS---NAK KUROS!!!

i sgt tension tgk my hips mkn besar----seluar i ketat---kain bj kurung sendat---lengan i ---huh..no words can explain---hate 2 see it..(i gain 3 kilos!!!)

ouh...i terjumpa ni on my opis table...(tp..sapa punya..dont care..janji good 4 me)

same prob-same weight!!!good n match 4 me!!yeyyy!!
now shes slimmer..i jeles--jeles!!

Coz i wanna be like her..pg td after prepare breakfast 4 FIL n adik---i n adi jog guna treadmill 4
15 min---eat oat---i terasa kuros la!!!

thx to dear hubby bg smngat...kami be2 nak kuros!!

--si farah ni kata..dia jog everyday n only consume oat ..NO RICE!!!
