CRAFTY TIME:::happy photo frame

is this frame looks happy and fun?
i made this for one of my bestfriend--suliana
for her 26th birthday!

hope she like it
the frame was from IKEA
and then i just guna the colourful felt
and put on some buttons to make it more sweet!
