say 'hello' to new weight!!


this is me now!

8am: HL shake

12: small portion of lunch
(cereal/small choc bar/salad/pasta)

8pm: HL shake

and make sure air bergelen2 kena minum
katanya bila minum bnyk air kosong,cepatkan proses turunkan berat
and i do believe that
plus, the herbal tea from HL buat rasa energetic
for those x pernah try this product,
u akan kerap ke toilet buang air kecil ok..
so that's normal..
the more u kencing,the more lemak hilang??
eh,betul ke i ni?
whatever..tp kalau u plan nk berjalan2
silala jgn dok tegok air bnyk sgt
(nasihat specifically for Dubliners,pasal toilet payah nak jumpa)
